The current WBC Lightweight Champion David Diaz is one tough guy. Tough enough to have a record of 34-1-1. This coming Saturday he will be taking on the fierce quick punching Manny Pacquio. David Diaz came out with this comment about his upcoming bout with one of the most popular boxers around today, “It is the biggest fight of my life. Bigger than when I won the title. Even bigger than beating a legend like Morales.”
Diaz has been the Lightweight Champion for over a year now and many believe he has what it takes to stop Pacquiao from getting that forth world title.
After looking into both fighters and their previous fights I believe that Diaz will in fact take the fight by a unanimous decision. I believe that Pacquiao may be going too far right now and needs to stay where he is best, in the featherweight division. The fight will be live from Mandalay Bay this Saturday.
