On the 4th of July Larry turned 67 yrs. old. He has been with Irongloves for 4 years & every year for his birthday he spars. We all had a great day, everyone was coming & going & eating treats, mostly cheese & doughnuts.

    Not to worry Lisa, I ate plenty of snacks for everyone that day. I hadn’t had sugar since January, so I really pigged out!
