The first drill in the video clip is one that we do using a tennis ball. This drill is a good one for agility and footwork. The second part of the video are of Chris, Rory, and Tony doing some hurdling, or rather should I say… ‘being crazy’.

Oh the good old tennis ball drill, what fun we had with that evil thing. The side jumps look hard guys. I’d imagine they are a lung burster too.
