Tracking your progress can be helpful, but every testing method, from calipers to dual energy x-ray absorbtiometry, is flawed, often coming up with different readings. Your two best indicators are the mirror and your clothes. Use a pair of jeans that you wish to fit into as a measure of progress. IE: How tight are they? Is the button in danger of popping off? As they loosen up, you’ll know you’re nearing your goal. It sounds so elementary, but IT WORKS!

Hey Joe, any chance you might bring back Fitness Wave, the mobile hydrostatic testing company that came to Irongloves a couple years back?
