According to Men’s Health Magazine:
Question “I’ve been told not to eat late, but usually I’m starving at the end of the day. What should I do?”
Answer: Your body isn’t on a 24 hour clock. What counts is whether you burn more calories that you ingest by the end of the day (or better yet, the week). If the munchies surface at night, any combination of> fruit, nuts, spoonful of almond butter (not peanut butter), or dairy (such as milk, yogurt, or cheese) makes a perfect pre-bed snack. Pick two of these foods, it should suffice, holding you over until breakfast.
