I really liked this. Thats how padwork should be in my eyes. Nick looked pro relaxed and having worked with Rick i know he is bang on the money. I like the way you work them Joe, it’s very real to a fight and they are lucky to have you. Nice article too !

On 2nd look crisp is certainly the word heheh, nick has a nice jab and rick is a good straight puncher.
