Today our Rowing Machine is being delivered. It’s the top of the line model, much better than the Concept II. It’s a LifeCore R100 complete with heart monitor.

Steve, it is so slim line, that we put it in new side, at the end of the new cage, in the Cave area. You’d really appreciate this type of exercise machine.

Yeah i would and it’s also great for warm-ups and cool-downs too.
