Today I wanted to post 2 videos that are quite inspiring.
This first one will bring tears to your eyes. They are the Hoyt’s. The dad’s name is Dick and his son’s name is Rick. After the first time Rick ran a marathon with his dad, he told him: “Dad, when we were running, It felt like I wasn’t disabled anymore!’” His dad got obssesed with giving his son that feeling as much as he could.
The second one is how a Navy Seal trains for the Ironman and how he thinks.

Fantastic vids, really amazing and great spirit. What that father does for his son, and the bond they have, is really inspiring. The seal guy has the ideal mentality also.
