If you been to Irongloves then you are familiar with the notorious ‘White Board’. As you all know… on the White Board, every Monday I put up new ‘Post Exercises’ that everyone does for the whole week. It consists of several different drills that last for 15 to 20 minutes. From now on rather than erasing them forever, I will now be storing the workouts on the website. This way you can print out to bring with you for some extra work to do. Or, if you just don’t feel like thinking much that day, here’s a helping hand.
