Irongloves was pretty busy today, there was a lot of action. Everyday we look forward to all the familiar faces… just want to say a few ‘shout outs’ to some of the regulars… First up are a few of our Open Gym members: David Monarrez, Mario, Dave Roth, Johnny, Robyn Wallace, Eric Jones, Rafael, Paul Henry, Adam Smith, Matt, Joshua, Dani Harrison, Keith Deyo, Matt Kowalski, Larry Hilton, Juan, Tony Franco, Trevor,  & the many more I am forgetting to mention … it’s nice seeing you guys everyday, YOU MAKE MY DAY!

I want to say thanks to all of you that come every Monday & Wednesday to my Boxing Group Class… thanks a million for coming. It was a hardcore class tonight, you all hung tough & did great!

Today was LAURIE SCHWAB’s 9th year anniversary with Irongloves, training with me. She is the one featured on our site demonstrating the speed bag. Laurie, here’s to another 9 years (at least).

And how could I forget… thanks to my great coaches; Tony, Chris, Paul, & Billy. You guys work your tails off, thanks for always helping out & training your people with pride.
