Update: It will probably be a 70 yard dash to make it fair. Tony is so bloody fast out of the hole, with his big legs. Fabian is so darn tall that he needs to build up speed, but is very quick, he is also the youngest. Paul has those quick twitch fibers & does well at 60 yds. We sure hope it doesn’t rain. The time may be at 10:00, stay tuned on our Facebook for exact time.

Once and for all, it will be settled…. who is the FASTEST!!!

It has been a long argument, that will finally be answered, which of the 3 will win?

The big foot race will be at Kiwana’s Park this Sunday Dec 4th.
Time: approx 11:00 a.m.

 Irongloves will be open their same regular hours:
   Friday 23rd 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
   Saturday 24th 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
   Sunday 25th Christmas = closed
   Monday 26th 8:00 am to 8:30 pm

Update on Joe’s Group Class this Wednesday the 23rd… Tony will be teaching it, giving us the night off . If you haven’t done Tony’s class yet, please do give it a try this Wed, it will ROCK  you! $17 & bring extra water.

Wednesday Boxing Group Class that is normally at 6:30pm will be canceled this week, the 23rd for the holiday. The GYM WILL BE OPEN from 8:00am to 8:30pm.

Irongloves will be closed Thanksgiving day 11/24 Thursday. We will be closing early on Friday 11/25 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Saturday will be normal hours 8:00am to 1:30pm.

The TOWER – Adjustable Cable Column arrrives tomorrow at Irongloves.

If you like to get inside the mind of fighters, then I think you will like this video. Hopkins has his haters, but I really like his boxing brain. Evans was paying him 100 % attention. I could watch things like this for ages, hope you all enjoy.
