Plank contest to begin June 1st. It will run for the entire month of June.
Fee will be $10 to enter. Then Irongloves will match the total amount collected, so double the win it will be! Be sure to Register at the front desk.

Rules: You must keep your back straight/flat. You can wear sneakers, finger shoes, or go barefoot; footwear is your decision. Your hands must be flat and 6″ apart (see photo).
