Our two wonderful friends from England, Stevie Davis & Syd Ahomet made a couple of YouTube Ab videos. A few of the exercises I had never seen before. I tried them out, & they make for a killer ab workout! They are coming out with yet another video this week. So, be sure to check back. Btw… you all remember Stevie don’t you? He is the boxing coach that comes out to teach at Irongloves every few years.

NEW!!! Double End Bag Video — featuring coach Chris Castaneda. He really demonstrates working the bag perfectly. Chris is in training with Joe right now, if all goes as planned, he will be turning Pro this year, after the Ringside tournament. He won the Ringside tournament approx 6 years ago. In the 2nd round, Steve busted up his thumb on Daniel’s hard head. These two guys are monsters, Steve is 6′5″ & Daniel is 6′3″. Steve has on long sleeve gray shirt, Daniel is red T-shirt. Daniel refers to his forehead as ‘The Iron Curtain’, a rock hard head.
Well Steve, we will see you next week after that thumb heals. Daniel is anxious to pick up where you guys left off.
Too bad the video missed the crucial injury part.

Daniel Terreros sparred Mike Nolan today & Daniel ended up with a bloody souvenir. As Daniel put it — “I pay for training, when I could just buy a mouth-guard & a self inflicted punch to the face is free”.
We will be open Thursday 12/24 up to about 4:00pm. We will be CLOSED Christmas day the 25th. For those of you scheduled for Thursday eve or Friday, give me a call if you would like to come in Thursday during the day.
