If you eat canned vegetable, the same goes for them. Be sure to rinse thoroughly — put into a colander/strainer & rinse them very well.

I have always rinsed off my beans, but never did know that it reduced the sodium that much.

LISA DID 110 PUSH-UPS.
(the reason the T-shirt says 105 Push-ups is because you only have to do 105 to win the nifty cool shirt)
Every and I do mean EVERY single push-up Lisa did were just perfect. Her back straight as a board, her arms locked out every time, her chest hitting parallel with each count. For those that have seen Lisa work out in the gym, you then know how much she loves doing push-ups (and abs too).

What is even greater to know, just 3 days earlier she did the ‘Warrior Mud Dash’, a huge obstacle race course done in the desert. So that tells me that she probably could have  done a few more push-ups. She plans to break her record next month, no doubt she will!

Lisa, we are proud to have you at Irongloves, so many women look up to you. Keep up the good work!

This guy found this baby hummingbird after it was attacked and he nursed it back to health until it decided to stay and be his pet. The song in the background is almost as good as the video itself.
