Hip Hip Hooray, the Forum is here FINALLY. We are very excited.
This is why the blog was being neglected 
we were busy working on the Forum.
The Forum will be a place unlike a blog, where we all can interact, & get some questions asked & answered. We will be appointing a few Moderators, also our coaches will be on the Forum every week to answer questions as well. IT’S GOING TO BE VERY EXCITING!!!

FORUM CONTEST: For you Irongloves members— Every time you post a question or answer, you will receive a ticket. You must write a few sentences, not just one or two words. Then on September 1st a ticket will be drawn at random. The winner will be awarded a box of goodies. Just to name a few of goodies> Dick’s gift certificate, T-shirt, handwraps, 4 free one-on-one lessons w/your coach, protein bars, & some other cool things.
There will also be 2nd & 3rd place winners for some cool prizes tooooo!!!!!
