We now have the Landmine at the gym. Known by a few different names, the most common name is the Landmine. It’s been around for a while and is used by athletes for functional sport specific improvement/enhancement.

I Love this Camera!

I have to write about my camera… because every time I am filming at Irongloves I get so many people asking me “what the heck kind of camera is that”? These cameras are so darn easy to use and when done, you just plug it right into computer with its built in USB arm. No software needed, just film and share your movies instantly. Plus, it fits right in your pocket. Joe and I each have our own cameras, we carry them everywhere. I sound like a sales person, but you know how if you are excited about something, you want to tell everyone.

The great thing is, they only cost around $125.

He starts his sparring this upcoming week. He is about 6 weeks out from his first pro fight. Renene is going to try to get his videos up soon. We have been filming his progress/training. He’s been dropping weight at a perfect pace, he is right on target. He is on a strict diet & supplementation program.

Our next new design is going to blow the socks off everyone. You thought that the skull shirt was tough, wait till you see this one. We haven’t given out any clues, all has been very top secret for the unveiling. They are to be done from the printers within 2 weeks.

It was TC’s first fight, he was a nervous wreck. Now having his first fight out of the way, I’m sure he will be fine from now on. James’ fight was more like a brawl. Good job guys, giving it your best shot!

Do you all remember Stevie the boxing coach from England that was here in April? He is going to be writing for our Forum. We are very excited, he will bring us news from the UK. Stevie knows and lives Boxing. He will be available to answer many of your questions.

It’s back. For all those that competed in it last year, you might want to give it another go this year, there should be some tough competition. Females too, Lisa that means you! We all know that you train hard as it is, but, now you have got to pour it on.
